FB Ridge Point 56, Bridgeland 35

I was at this game. you can see pictures and read a recap here:

Bartee’s five touchdown passes power Ridge Point past Bridgeland, 56–35

Gallery – FB Ridge Point vs Bridgeland

Ridge Point now has wins over Bridgeland, Shadow Creek, and Dickinson on its resume. It’s very impressive.

Willis 12, Spring Westfield 7

Well now I have my answer as to what was going on with the Randle game last week. Westfield’s Defense is fantastic. The offense is a work in progress. Westfield was at the 6 inch line with about 4 seconds left. Twice Willis stopped this but twice they got offsides penalties. However, the 3rd time was the charm.

Houston St Thomas 31, Houston Kinkaid 28

This was an impressive win for the Eagles against one of the best private school programs. DFW has had its way with GHA in the private school ranks the last few years, is that about to change?

Waxahachie 44, Denton Guyer 30

I feel like Allen and North Crowley are the teams to beat right now, but the Indians are making a great case after beating Guyer and Coppell in back to back weeks.

Edinburg Vela 42, PSJA North 40

The biggest game in the Valley, maybe all season, did not disappoint.

The other 3 for Thursday results

Dallas Kimball 56, Dallas Hutchins 22

Rockwall 46, Melissa 41
