Fulshear jumped on top less than minute into the game on a 47-yard run by Davion Godley. Fulshear attempted only 2-point conversions throughout the game until the very end. Seth Smith was successful on the 2-pt try here and Fulshear lead 8-0 with 11:15 remaining in the 1sty.
The next score came with 3:36 remaining in the 1st. Calvion Hunter with a 5-yard run and Davion Godley with the 2-pt conversion. Fulshear led 16-0.
Following a Ty Powell interception, Davion Godley scored from 36 yards out. The 2-pt was no good. Fulshear 22-0 with 1:21 left in the first.
Friendswood cracked the scoreboard with 8:17 left in the 2nd on a 58-yard Jack Rhodes run. The PAT was blocked. Fulshear 22 – Friendswood 6.
The half ended with interceptions on three consecutive possessions ending in interceptions. Fulshear’s Ty Powell with his second interception of the game, Fulshear’s Mason Sindelar and Fulshear’s Will Hermann credited with those picks and then a 40-yard field goal for Fulshear’s Joey Mahoney as time expired.

Friendswood cut the score to 14-25 at the 11:28 mark of the 4th quarter on a 58-yard pass from Mikey Butler to Aidan Stokes. Butler and Stokes against for the 2-pt conversion.
The next possession, Fulshear’s Godley again, this time a 7-yard run. Seth Smith on the 2-pt run. Fulshear 33, Friendswood 14, 7:51 4th.
Fulshear extended their lead to 39-14 with 4:10 left in the game on a 9-yard run by Patrick Broadway. 2-pt no good.

Fulshear capped the scoring with a 3-yard run from Zane Smith with :50 left in the game.
