The Bulldogs will be in district 13-2AD1 for the 2022 and 2023 football season along with Hearne, Thorndale, Holland, Schulenburg, Thrall and Weimar. Five of these teams made the playoffs in 2021 and six of the teams finished at .500 or better.

“We have nine and nine back or eight and eight back. Just depends. We have at least nine guys that started on both sides of the Ball at one time or the other coming back. We lost five seniors from last year. All our ski skill kids are back except for one. Secondary I believe six are back. Actually, five are back but we had another guy play a lot so it’s like six are back. Defensive tackles are back. We have no ends on defense that are back. That could be a rebuilding project on ends but really the defense should be pretty darn good. Offensively I think we lost one lineman. Everyone was pretty young last year. We got a lot stronger. Our quarterback is back. We got some kids that can fill in and play running back. We got a big kid, Dayton Cliffe that we think can play running back for us and get us some tough yardage and be a load be a load to tackle. We also can put Keyshuan Green back there. We can put Jaidyn Guyton back there. Titan Tragac. A lot of guys that can play back there. They all give us something different but we don’t have that one guy that’s going to get 200 carries this year.
Overall I think we got a chance to be pretty good.”
