I’m picking one player from each team to highlight. This may be a player to strikes me for some reason. This may not be the best player on each team. This may not be the biggest recruit from each team. This is just one player that catches my attention for whatever reason. For some I will have a lot of stats as the teams update their stats on Maxpreps. For others I will have not stats as they are hard to find for those teams. Regardless, I give you one player for each team.

2AD2 Muenster

Keep your eye on #6 Casen Carney. The Hornet signal caller has thrown 35 TDs (145 of 207, 3514 yards) and rushed for another 22 TDs (159 carries, 1621 yards). Carney has added 15 tackles, 1 TFL and 3 passes defended on defense.

2AD2 Shiner

MaxPreps has stats for only 8 of Shiner’s 15 games. So those are the numbers below.

Keep an eye on #4 Quincy Jones. Jones is the primary RB (672 yards, 11 TDs) and an excellent receiver. When #4 gets the ball there is an excellent chance something spectacular will happen.

3AD1 Grandview

Keep an eye on #8 Mason Landers. Landers has been 12 of 15 for 198 yards and 3 TDs with 0 interceptions in the playoffs. Landers has added 22 carries for 117 yards and 2 TDs.

3AD1 Yoakum

Maxpreps list Yoakum stats for 6 games (the last 4 playoff games, the Calhoun game and the Blanco game).

Keep an eye on #0 Jace Morales. The Bulldogs swiss army knife has thrown the ball (5 of 8, 3 TDs), run the ball (50 carries, 531 yards, 4 TDs) and caught the ball (6 catches, 115 yards). Morales also has 21 tackles, 4 TFL and an interception.

3AD2 Wall

Keep an eye on #4 Landon York. York is 248 of 368 passing for 3868 yards with 57 TDs against 6 INTs. York also carried the ball 18 times for 297 yards for 3 TDs.

3AD2 Newton

Keep an eye on #3 Kendray Porter. Porter carried the ball 175 times for 1829 yards with 29 TDs, Porter has also caught the ball 14 times for 416 yards with 6 TDs.
