Here are the 4th place teams that I have rated to be within 10 points of their opponent in the first round and therefore have a chance of pulling off an upset in the first round.

There sometimes be more teams in 6A since, with the way the division split occurs, the 4th place teams can match up against 1st, 2nd or even 3rd place teams. In 5A and down they only match up against 1st place teams.
