In this series of articles, I am going to look at the current standings in each district and give you my thoughts on the way each district may play out.

I’m going to go through each UIL classification and when I reach the end of 1A, I’ll start over. Can’t guarantee how long it will take to do each classification but I will keep going until I finish and then start over again with 6A and keep cycling through until we reach the playoffs.

Some districts have started district, but most have not. If a district has started district play, each teams district record is included.

I will list each team that I think has a chance of making the playoffs. So I will be listing 5, 6 or even 7 teams in some district. The order listed reflects my current opinion of the teams chances of making the playoffs.
