In front of an announced crowd of 6,504 Wednesday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, the Albany Lions defeated the Mart Panthers 41-21 to win their first UIL football championship since 1962.

Coy Lefevre (17 carries, 65 yards, 4 Tds) was named the game’s Offensive MVP.

Wyatt Windham (17 tackles, 1 TFL) was named the game’s Defensive MVP.
