Carthage Shuts Out Wimberley for Ninth Title

Friday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, the Carthage Bulldogs defeated the Wimberley Texans 42-0 to capture the 4AD2 UIL State Football Championship – their ninth UIL football title in the past 14 years.

Connor Cuff was named the game’s Offensive MVP.

Jakerrian Roquemore was named the game’s Defensive MVP.
